Nigel McLean
Translational Manager
Nigel McLean is the Translational Manager for Tay Health Tech, working with project teams to accelerate development of projects from inception through the regulatory process, clinical evaluation, and eventual commercialisation and translation to products which have real clinical impact for the patient and healthcare worker.
Nigel has founded two companies in the exercise sector, launching a product at a major international conference, plus a company in the biotech field founded on research from his Post Doc in Imperial Collage London. Having held positions in Global Programme Management, Product Management and Director of Commercialisation in SME’s and international companies in medtech, diagnostics, and biotech companies, Nigel will bring his experience in product development, preparation for FDA & MHRA submissions, and commercialisation to the team.
