Tay Health Tech wants to accelerate the development of technology for use in the community, to reduce healthcare barriers, inequalities and improve access to healthcare to Tayside and beyond.

As part of our mission to accelerate the development of medical technologies (aka medtech) for community healthcare, Tay Health Tech have partnered with InnoScot Health to offer regulatory guidance to companies, and academic teams on their route to forming new companies, bringing medtech products to market.

InnoScot Health is accredited to ISO 13485:2016 QMS and has more than twenty years experience working with NHS and commercial partners to develop medical devices from concept to market.

As part of our funding from EPSRC, we are offering regulatory advice and guidance for those developing medical devices, in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). This advice will be tailored to your needs following an initial meeting to determine what support you require.
