👥 The HEART-POD team are inviting patients and healthcare professionals to take part in a hands‑on workshop exploring the use of robotics for annual cardiovascular disease (CVD) reviews. Participants can choose to attend a workshop on 17th March (Tuesday) or 18th March (Wednesday).
What to expect
- Try out our robotic prototype
- Share your thoughts in a facilitated group discussion
- Complete a short questionnaire about your experience
- Technical and usability observations by our research team
Who should attend
- Participants who are aged 50 years and above AND attend yearly nurse review for heart, kidney of blood vessel conditions (e.g. angina, stroke, high blood pressure);
OR
- Healthcare professionals involved in cardiovascular monitoring (e.g. nurse, HCA, administrators, doctors).
Your Rights
You may withdraw at any time without explanation, ask for your data to be withdrawn, and skip any question you prefer not to answer. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your healthcare in any way.

You will receive a £50 Amazon voucher after completing the workshop.
Privacy & Confidentiality
NHS Tayside is the data controller. Personal data is collected only with your consent and stored securely. Data will be pseudonymised during analysis and fully anonymised after the project.
